Services not included

Strong & Healthy Smiles does not perform certain specialty services and any referrals to specialists are not covered in any way by the Smile Shares membership. The patient is responsible for payment for any services provided by any other dental office involved in car or treatment for any reason.
Strong & Healthy Smiles and Dr. Sue Keller are not responsible for services provided by other dental or medical offices.
For example, Strong & Healthy Smiles does NOT provide:

Orthodontics or braces
Root canal treatments
Periodontal gum surgeries or grafting
Management of extensive or severe periodontal disease
Complicated extractions
Removal of 3rd molars/wisdom teeth
Surgical placement of dental implants (the titanium artificial root portion only excluded; the restoration of the implants with crowns or dentures IS performed by Strong & Healthy Smiles)
Amalgam (silver/mercury) fillings
Treatment of children or people with special needs who are unable to cooperate to receive care in the SHS office environment
Complicated bite or temporal mandibular joint/dysfunction (TMJ/TMD) issues
Extremely complex restorative or reconstructive care
Removable partial or full dentures that are not anchored by dental implants (we do create temporary dentures that will be replaced with final dentures attached to dental implants)
